Ingredients
- 200g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 15g honey
- 80g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 20g granola
- 10g flaked almonds
Method
- Spoon half the Greek yoghurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add half the berries and a drizzle of honey.
- Layer the remaining yoghurt on top, then the rest of the berries.
- Finish with granola and flaked almonds.
- Eat straight away — it goes soggy if you leave it.
Pro Tip
Swap the honey for a zero-calorie sweetener to save 45 calories. Fage Total 0% is the best supermarket Greek yoghurt for protein-to-calorie ratio.
Nutrition Notes
Greek yoghurt is one of the best protein sources for a cut — 200g of fat-free delivers around 20g protein for under 120 calories. The granola adds crunch and the berries keep it interesting without excessive sugar.
