When you can't be bothered to cook but still need proper macros, this parfait delivers. Layer it up in a glass for the full experience or just dump it all in a bowl — either way, 30g protein in five minutes flat.

Ingredients

  • 200g fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 15g honey
  • 80g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 20g granola
  • 10g flaked almonds

Method

  1. Spoon half the Greek yoghurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Add half the berries and a drizzle of honey.
  3. Layer the remaining yoghurt on top, then the rest of the berries.
  4. Finish with granola and flaked almonds.
  5. Eat straight away — it goes soggy if you leave it.

Pro Tip

Swap the honey for a zero-calorie sweetener to save 45 calories. Fage Total 0% is the best supermarket Greek yoghurt for protein-to-calorie ratio.

Nutrition Notes

Greek yoghurt is one of the best protein sources for a cut — 200g of fat-free delivers around 20g protein for under 120 calories. The granola adds crunch and the berries keep it interesting without excessive sugar.
